TESTING & WARRANTY
MRO is continuously investing in you, our customer.
Our engineering team is constantly building custom test carts, stations and writing test procedures catered to your equipment. We also stock a Mazak AJV-18 CNC Machine to create broken and obsolete frames and parts, a Fanuc R-2000iB Robot for full functional drive and servo testing and multiple 3D printers for replacing broken covers, parts and pieces. All power units such as power supplies and drives are tested under full load and other advanced simulations. Our Motion Control Diagnostic System product includes Servo Motor run-test equipment, encoder test equipment, PC based servo feedback test equipment and software and servo feedback field test equipment. Most major motor and feedback manufacturer's devices are supported by our Motion Control Diagnostic System equipment, which is widely used in the motor and feedback repair field and other industrial applications, such as, CNC Machining and robotics, around the world. We consider our units not as much as a repair; but, more of a unit restoration.
